4. Refund Policy
You are fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If during the next 7 days you experience an issue that makes the desktop/web both apps unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we’ll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.
A refund request applies in those cases:

- Customer/user decides that he needs another feature, that is not included on our feature list (New features are going to be developed, but it’s COMPANY’s decision to make for which ones and when are going to be implemented)
- The customer/user purchased via other payment options except for the PayPal payment option. (Only refund available via PayPal payment option.)
5. Product Ownership
Customers may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Alert4Trade. They are also not allowed to resell or distribute our products in any form.
6. Account Access
You must provide your valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the subscription process. You must provide a valid email address to become a Registrant. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Alert4Trade cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
7. Account Termination
If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to [email protected].
Alert4Trade reserves the right to terminate any customer subscription account without notice. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated.
8. Support Policy
Our support hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Indian Standard Time (IST) from Monday to Sunday. (We are available for help the whole 7 days of the week.)

9. Product Delivery
As soon as your subscription payment has been confirmed, Then your order status changed from pending to completed. That means your purchased order and PRO account were activated successfully. You are able to access the PRO subscription. You can access Alert4Trade PRO software unlimited times during your subscription, with no restriction.
You will also receive an email for your order on the processing and completion from our side to access your Alert4Trade PRO software. Please make sure you use a valid email address. In case there is a problem with this process.
Also, Note: If we found suspicious transactions or non-verified PayPal transactions and orders then we request additional documents to verify payment and Alert4Trade account ownership.

12. Affiliate Program
Your affiliate commissions are paid out once you have reached the $100 minimum withdrawal amount of your commission will be validated and your payment will be sent to your payment processor. We usually pay the commission you earn in one month at the end of the following month. For example, if you earned a commission during January, we’ll pay you at the end of February.
